Made 100% from olives of the Picual variety, it is never mixed or blended and no additives or preservatives are used. Full traceability is guaranteed.
High In Healthy Unsaturated Fat**
Our oil is perfect for all culinary uses: cooking, dressings or drizzled over salads, vegetables, pasta, fish and meats.
Use a minimum of 20ml every day within a balanced and varied Mediterranean foods diet and a healthy lifestyle to enjoy positive health benefits.
Super Rich In POlyphenols
At a minimum of 300mg/kg this is at least twice the level seen in most extra virgin olive oils and provides a wonderful synergy of taste and health benefits, promoting a healthy heart.
